Pamela is trained in Levels 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy & Emotion Coaching. She was top of her graduating class with honours from TWU majoring in Business Leadership with a minor in Psychology. Pamela is a former national-level competitive diver and swimmer. Her action-oriented and collaborative approach helps clients cultivate their strengths and identify solutions to complex life circumstances. Her deep commitment to helping people achieve their goals, conquer their fears, and reach their full potential is reflected in her clients successes.
Pamela has been helping clients recognize and resolve deep-rooted challenges for more than a decade. Many of us are forced to face issues such as anxiety, helplessness, depression, grief, self-worth, stress, sexual dilemas (pornography, addiction, lack of intimacy), trauma and PTSD. After struggling with health issues in her teens due to the effects of poor dietary habits and self-destructive behaviour, a trip to the emergency room changed her life. The realization that she may need a colon resection surgery was the wake-up call she needed. With the support of her family and health care team, a new journey began.
A Profound Life Transformation
Pamela dedicated herself to learning as much as possible about mental health, mindset, nutrition, raw food, and gut health. With this newfound knowledge, she was able to reclaim her health and avoid surgery altogether. This started her off on a new life path where she helps others overcome their own life and health challenges.
Coach & Counsellor
After working for years as a Colon Therapist, Pamela quickly realized that she had more to offer and began coaching and counselling Many clients were motivated to realize their visions with the help of a coach. Others benefited from counselling to advance past issues beyond their control. This opened the door to help people reach their full potential in mind, body, and spirit through counselling and coaching.
An interesting curve in Pamela’s journey came from the breakdown of her own marriage. Challenging times led Pamela to explore and deepen her knowledge of relationships, later learning the benefits of couples counselling. As someone who has enjoyed love’s bliss, she also knows and understands the profound effects of losing someone so near and dear, driving her to help couples in need succeed.
When she’s not working with clients, you can find Pamela drinking smoothies, enjoying a balanced lifestyle of physical, mental and spiritual exercise, and spending time with her family
