What is Rejuvenate Counselling?
Relationships can reward us emotionally or leave us confused and lonely. Rejuvenate Counselling provides you with a safe place to decompress from all the relationship stressors you’ve experienced over time. It’s our goal to help you re-connect, repair, and foster the connection you both crave. Navigating relationships requires a synergistic link between nurturing the self and each other. A successful partnership is complicated yet so rewarding. Personal awareness and growth are essential ingredients for a healthy relationship.
Navigating relationships requires a synergistic connection between the client and therapist. Communication within a relationship requires openness. So how does one approach the tough topics without coming across as critical or defensive? My goal is to help you convey your feelings and needs in a way that helps you reconnect. A large part of couples counselling and relationship work comes with isolating the complaint or topic, rather than character assasination that leads to blaming one another. Relationships often encounter “hot topics” ranging from a lack of intimacy to financial arguments to parenting conflicts. It’s my goal and my privilege to help couples like you rekindle the glow that brought you together.
What can I expect from Couples Counselling?

We’ll explore the potential depths of your relationship with yourself and your partner. Open communication provides a safe and trusting atmosphere that couples need to explore tough topics and playful ideas. You can expect to learn more about what is preventing you from living your best life full of meaningful relationships.
Rejuvenate Counselling welcomes all relationships. We all face challenges, setbacks, and upheaval in some form or another. Developing the skills and tools necessary to cope with the emotional impact of living as a conscious being is crucial for each of our own well-being. If you are a driven individual who values growth on a personal and professional level, you’ll find a sanctuary in this space where you can prioritize the relationships that matter in your life and the future relationships that you hope to cultivate.
How does the Couples Therapy Process work?
Couples therapy doesn’t come with a pre-determined template because no two people or situations are the same. Your circumstances might call for a short-term rendezvous with time for lovemaking or a long-term goal plan. Sometimes, you might find yourself in a situation that requires immediate help. In these scenarios, it is worthwhile to explore a therapeutic model that helps you recognize goals and match your desired outcomes with the necessary actions to achieve those outcomes. While immediate gratification is always fun, it is worthwhile and beneficial to take the time to work through long-standing issues or traumas to ensure you can put your best foot forward.
Sometimes “therapy” and “counselling” carry a stigma, preventing people from seeking an empowering support network that could transform their lives and relationships for the better. When you step into this space, you are doing it by choice. You are choosing yourself, your happiness, your well-being, and that is powerful.
Why should you work with me?
If you’ve ever searched for a couples therapist or relationship counselling, you probably know how difficult it can be to find someone who just “gets it.” Working with someone who understands your goals and way of life is vital for synergistic collaboration. The right counsellor will make a world of difference for your personal growth both inside and outside of the relationship. I specialize in couples therapy and relationship counselling. The foundation of a great relationship starts with an individual. Working with couples opens the door to deal with other topics, perhaps anxiety, workplace stress, PTSD treatment.
I’ve been committed to helping individuals, couples, and families find the tools that they need to move through their unique lives. I’m not someone who will sit back, nod my head, and take notes. At every meeting, virtually or in person, our goal is to “get in there,” remove whatever is blocking you from living your best life. Our goal is to strategize in a way that leaves you feeling empowered with your ideas to improve the quality of your life and your relationships. We all have the power to carry ourselves through our darkness and up into the light. I enjoy all couples dynamics whether you are in a monogamous, polyamorous, or same-sex relationship, I’m here for you!
What do I expect from you?
I expect you to make a serious commitment in our work together. I expect you to be open to growing, learning, & accepting feedback that pertains directly to your role in your relationship. I expect you to try to communicate, even when you feel defensive, communicate that, & commit to reconstructing the behaviors and actions that are detrimental to the relationship. Meeting these conditions gives us an excellent chance that your relationship will flourish into a stronger place than ever before.
