I’m Pamela Schultz, a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia founder of Rejuvenate Counselling. I’ve been helping clients work through deep-rooted challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-worth issues. My background in Business Leadership and Psychology allows me to take a collaborative, action-oriented approach to help my clients find solutions, build on their strengths, and navigate life’s complexities.
The loss of my mother at a young age deeply affected me and changed my life overnight. She was my best friend, and losing her gave me a profound empathy for those dealing with grief and trauma. This, along with my love for people, became central to my work and how I approach counselling.
As a competitive diver in my youth, I had strong friendships and community connections in the sports world. When my life took a sudden turn due to medical circumstances I was forced to step away from the world I loved. Reintegrating after that experience made me realize how essential leadership and inclusivity are, especially when it comes to supporting the underdog.
Above all, I cherish my three children, and I embrace my love for academia and neuroscience. My life experiences have taught me the importance of resilience, and I’m passionate about helping others reach their full potential, just as I’ve worked to do in my own life.
I’ve traveled to Australia, Cuba, the Bahamas, Mexico, and London, and I cherish every opportunity to explore the world. Outside of my work, I still swim and love being in or near the water, whether it’s fly fishing, downrigging, or trying new things like ice fishing (a goal of mine!).
Fellow counsellors and clients alike, please reach out if you’re looking for a traveling therapist, or if you're a therapist looking to create a traveling group.
Meet Enzo and Te Amo, our resident therapy cats! Te Amo, on the left, is a real love-hog and absolutely adores being the center of attention—especially with kids. Though he started out bigger, he had to fight for his place once Enzo caught up in size. Now he’s always eager to bond with anyone who walks through the door.
Both cats love interacting with clients during appointments, and you’re welcome to bring along some toys to make their day even better!
