Pamela Schultz (MACP, RCC, CCC, RTC) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and founder of Rejuvenate Counselling in Maple Ridge, BC. With over a decade of experience and a Master's in Counselling Psychology, she has been helping clients recognize and resolve deep-rooted challenges for more than a decade.

She believes everything is relational— from the issues we face on our own with anxiety, depression and grief —to the connections in our lives, it all comes back to relationships.  

She helps adults and couples in Maple Ridge and across the Fraser Valley navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions — using research-backed neuroscience that creates lasting change.
